i said of course

This is the day that Tyler asked me to marry him 3 years ago. It was May 6th, 2006. We were camping, so it's not the most glamorous of occasions, but definitely one of the most meaningful. Tyler and I have both changed so much in the past 3 years. Mostly for the better. Its fun to look back at ourselves and see how much different we are. We have had our ups and downs in the last 6 years. Still though, I love him more than I could ever imagine loving someone.

More pictures from the camping trip. I actually lost my engagement ring right after Tyler gave it to me. I sweat it just fell off my finger. Not my fault because it was only 5 hundred sizes too big. NOT JOKING. I was freaking out, and Tyler was so pissed at me.

I found it right next to the river bank. It was a huge relief.
Since we've gotten married Tyler has lost his wedding ring twice. I replaced it the first time because Tyler lost it when he was camping. He doesn't remember when or where he was camping, or how he got home. That is another blog in itself. LOL.

More Pictures from the Park

it's finally spring.

Reggie & Conner

I took Reggie to the park in Kuna. It is seriously the most fun he has had at any park. He went down this slide atleast 20 times. It even started to rain off and on a few minutes after we got there, but Reggie didn't seem to even notice.

3 years old!

Wow! Its been a long time since I've posted! I've been super busy as always, and I am finding it hard to keep things updated like I should! Anyways, since I posted last we had Christmas and Reggie's 3rd Birthday! Reggie is growing so big. I registered him for preschool at Shepherd of the Valley, where my mom has worked as an assistant teacher for over 15 years. I'm super excited also for Reggie to be taking to potty training really well! It is amazing how much money we are saving on diapers. =)

R.I.P. Dustin

I haven't blogged for a while, because I have had a lot on my mind, this is only the beginning, but this has made me realize how much I take for granted (along with everyone else). This blog is dedicated to the memory of Dustin Bailey, someone that I didn't know very well at all. My 7 year old niece Kya Luna Bailey lost her father (Dustin Bailey) unexpectedly. He fell into a coma on Christmas eve and passed away December 27th. This is devastating since Kya's mother Annie (my husband's older sister) passed away unexpectedly November 27th, 2007. Just days after a beautiful Thanksgiving she had spent with her daughter and family. This courageous little girl now has to face her life without either of her parents. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Love you Kya. I hope that I can be part of your life, and I am going to be the best aunt I can be.
